    Xcloud isn't available on PC yet.

    The only way to play via a PC/Laptop is via an Android emulator such as Bluestacks.

    How to Play Xbox Games on PC With BlueStacks and xCloud

    This should work fine on your laptop specs. Remember, Xcloud is a streaming service, all the graphics processing is done server side and sent to your device. That's why it can run on Android phones.

    Streaming should work fine on your laptop but it's not powerful enough to run PC Game Pass titles natively. Your machine is probably one of Dell's flagship 'Inspiron' range from about 3 years ago. Fine for basic productivity, awful for gaming.

    your laptop may be able to play basic games but it is too underpowered for mainstream games, for one you are using intel hd graphics which the majority of games will not run on and thats not just Microsoft store games either.

    xcloud is in testing for browser use but no word when release for pc will happen.

    I add that if there was the possibility to run the game without disc... you may ask a friend to give you a game, install it on your console, and then, play without the disc. It's not fair! :) As we have said, you must insert the disc.

    It still runs at 30fps which is as low as is possible to run a FPS infact I say its too low. MW3 will run at 60fps which will give it that slick smooth feel COD is known for. D.I.C.E need to wake up to the fact these days console players do know there stuff.
    Not like the old days where console player happily played games with awful tearing and crap frame rates and didn't kow any different. For me the only option for this game is PC. The "fatherless" console version should be scrapped.
