    Is my xbox needing to be replaced?


    My xbox one s is 5 years old. Never get good connection anymore for a year. Now I can’t even sign in nor play any game. it drops me from parties regularly. I’m so sick of this, I just want to relax and have fun. Does this mean it needs to be replaced? And if so, can my external hard drive work on a new one?

    Hello! If you're looking for a decently priced new controller (Nothing special), I recommend using Amazon to find a replacement (They're currently out of stock of their normal controllers, but prices in past experiences had it priced around $45), or you
    can buy from Microsoft's own site

    You'll need to contact support and they can set it up for you. You can request a call back or chat with them at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those
    options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
