    Is my Xbox broken?


    So I was trying to play Dead By Daylight and it wouldn’t let me so I looked in my game and apps and I saw that the game pass logo wasn’t there so I looked at my home Xbox on my dads account and realized that I have 0 switches left even though the other day when I got my Xbox it said I had 4 switches left on my Xbox. So then I just thought that I should redownload the game and I did but now it won’t access my data and I have at least a few hundred hours on Dead By Daylight and at least $200 into the game so I’m hoping that someone has an answer

    Connecting using router: Error IP, MAC, DHCP, Forwarding... all tried

    agent from xbox center said, that xbox cant be broken becouse it cant broke in parts. if something is broken it will be all broken so internet card of my xbox can't be broken [it was connected for 3 minutes one week ago and send to xbox info about my points,

    Ok, so I was trying to fix a game that i was playing ( Call of duty black ops cold war) but when someone on the internet tried to help me I followed the exact instructions, cleared my Mac address but when my Xbox restarted it was green and purple. I Can go into any game, or to any settings and its still green and purple. is that enough information
