Is my refund request eligible for refund, and if it's not do I keep the game?

I recently applied for a refund request, but how will I know if it is eligible for a refund? I downloaded PVZBFN on Sunday, and played just about over 2 hrs, and I read that it will not be refunded if you've played it for more than 2 hrs. I decided that I didn't want the game after my bad habit of looking at reviews after I buy the game. My brother also refunded it today, and he got his refunded in an hour, while mine is still processing. I also got some achievements as well from playing the game.

My questions are:

In the case it does get refused, do I keep the game?

What happens to the achievements that I ended up getting?

Are these details that I spoke about (2 hrs, achievements, etc) make my refund ineligible?

1- if rejected yes you keep the game obviously.

2- nothing happens to the achievements .

3- it will always depend on if they accept or not the reasons behind your request , the time you played the game makes it easier to get the refund or not because they will not refund a game that isnt broken just because you didnt liked.

It can take days to be accepted and you will see in your page if the refund was made or not , you have here some info.

please see this link on how to do a refund and what items are eligible or not. Also keep in mind that if you can make the request for a refund there is no guarantee that it will be approved for a refund.

Refund requests are a final decision; if your request for MW3 was denied you sadly can't submit another request to get the game refunded. It's already been decided that you are not eligible for a refund in this instance.

Keep in mind that refunds are usually only approved if you bought the game within 14 days and haven't accumulated much playtime.

If you already requested a refund and it was turned down, then it is no longer eligible for a refund. Games are eligible for a refund if you purchased it within the past 14 days and played less than 2 hours.
