    Is my microsoft account corrupted? If so, How can I fix it?


    I have long been a user of Microsoft's services, however; after recently getting into platforms outside the Xbox such the ps4 or the pc I have encountered problems that I believe can only stem because of my Microsoft account. Two issues I will now list
    here that could come from my account's involvement. 1. Upon linking my Minecraft account to Microsoft on the PlayStation 4 system, it will crash the game completely upon linking to my account. It will also display a corrupted file in the save data that when
    deleted, deletes my account data from the game. The second issue I've run into was with the game Killer Instinct. After months of being unable to play the game on my main account, contacting the devs, trying every troubleshooting step, asking questions on
    the forums, and even contacting Xbox live. Nobody knows why my account will not launch the game. I would just use a new account on the ps4 ver of Minecraft, but it now ill only accept my account that crashes the game instantly. I cannot simply use a different
    account for my other situation as I have invested too much time, and money for it to all be reset. With these things in mind, I must ask; Is there a possibility that my account in of itself is corrupted? And if so, how do I fix it?

    Hello, my advice that you contact Microsoft technical support, they are the only ones who can help you with your account problem and recover or restore it if possible or give you a solution to the problem you have, greetings

    i am in the same issue. Ever since I bought Xbox live gold played one day and got the error code and have not been able to play. Called Microsoft and they say my console is corrupted. So is everyone's console corrupted as well, how can that be possible.
    They need to fix it. And no it is not my dam internet connection.

    Minecraft corrupted my account and they dont know how to fix it. Maybe that happened to you. apparently it happens a lot. I had to make a few accounts to fix it.

    Hi what error messages are you getting? Are you in a family account by chance? If so you will need the people in charge of it to make the changes for you.
