    i purchased Halo Reach alone on the Microsoft store says i own this game and manage it from the store so i install it on my Xbox cause there is room on my internal storage but then it downloads super fast then nothing happens with the game i try and click on it and doesn't take me to any screen is it broken or do i need to do something im not doing.

    Have you installed the DLC on the new xbox?

    to make sure that it was installed go into My games & apps with the account that purchased the DLC and highlight the game hit the menu/start button on the controller and go down to manage game and that will show you any DLC that is owned by that profile
    and if it is installed or not and will give you option to install from that screen.

    On your Xbox One console, if you go to My Games & Apps>Halo: Reach>Manage Content>Ready to Install, do you see that DLC available to install?
