I can't activate my gift cards every time I purchase them and try to ask something it always says something went wrong and I can't confirm it

The problem is I got charged for Xbox subscription after I got locked out of my account by 3 days, (Microsoft ultimate/1month). How can they suspend my account and still keep my credit card active and deduct from my card.

The problem is that my account is suspended, because I couldn't pay with Paypal. So I can't play online. But my prepaid card is being declined
