    Tried to sign up for 4 months of Groove, ended up charging me for the 1st month. They refunded me the one month but I still can't get the trial to work and now I'm not sure I'm eligible for the four free months.

    The Xbox Live Policy and Enforcement team do not read these forums, and the Xbox staff here have no contact with the team. In my experience with other users who have been in the same situation as you, if you have been suspended from communication and/or serving
    a current enforcement action, you will need to wait it out until the action comes to an end. If you have sworn in a message, then this considered a violation of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, thus the reason why they have suspended your account.

    Why is my account still locked!!!

    Someone needs to open this account back up NOW!!! I don't want to hear I have until 10:57 UTC time. That's crap. This so call offense that the hacker did happen in the morning MY TIME. Just because you are slow doesn't give you the right to lock my account
    down when you feel like it. Your case review is a joke. Your code conduct is a joke. It can be interpreted in so many ways!!! The F word in a message does not and I repeat you worthless Xbox team, does NOT call for a chat suspension. So shove it and open
