Is my account region locked or what?

Hello,

I was wondering if my account is region locked? I've changed it for the first time to Turkey, just to make use of my TRY Gift cards. I mean, I have the amount on my account, but I cannot buy anything. It just some error to match account region and Microsoft store region. When I have on WIN11 selected Turkey on Web Turkey, on XBOX SERIES X Turkey, and on my phone Turkey. I even am in Turkey right now, so why this is not working? In the meantime I've changed to Poland and again to Turkey, nothing seems working here. Can someone help me? I am aware of some sort of locking for 3 months, but I didn't received any warning that I cannot do it. And please stop linking this page :

Please, review your account settings and make sure your address is set to your Country.

Sign in to your Microsoft account and review your info: https://account.microsoft.com/

Click on Your Info, then on Edit your Profile Info.

Change the Country and Save.

Then, click on Adress Book, or use this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses

Edit your home address to match your Country.

Select Save.

In case it still does not work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Type in your query: "Unable to complete a purchase"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.

Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.

The codes themselves are universal, but the games are region locked. What region is your account set for and what region are you physically located in?

In order to download region locked games, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the games are available.

If you're in Austria, you need to migrate your account region to Austria in order to download the game.

support.xbox.com/.../change-region Xbox One games are not region locked which is why Quantum Break downloaded fine, but Alan Wake is region locked. Since your account region was set to a region that is not supported by Live, that's what is causing the
issue.
