    This is what I was told 2 weeks after I paid for gamertag change an nothing happened. Today my refund was denied. "I hope this email finds you well. My name is Deshik, and I recently assisted you with your inquiry regarding the refund for the gamertag change you attempted two weeks ago.

    I uninstalled it and reinstalled it does not help. This is crazy how bad is Microsoft support... but this is not first time I have similar bad treatment in expensive business solutions.
