    i am wondering if Microsoft is still delivering products bought on their online store during the Covid 19 pandemic and lock down, i do plan on buying a new xbox one because my old is out of warranty and just stopped working a few weeks ago, obviously i
    can't go to best buy or a Microsoft store to get a new one and i can't leave my house at all, so again is Microsoft still delivering products for online orders to people's houses?

    yes they are, but it depends on your location, but if you are inside US then you have nothing to worry about

    As far as I'm aware they are delivering but this is likely dependant on country you are in and also what product you are buying.

    Depends on what you ordered and where it's being shipped from. There's another thread on this page from someone who ordered an Elite 2 controller and hasn't received it yet, for example. But then that might need to be be shipped into his home country from
    overseas first. Bascially it's hard for us to say for sure as none of us know the state of the MS warehouses atm :(
