Is microsoft New Avatar beta closed?

Wondering if the new avatar beta is closed already because i cant reopen it to test more?

Instead of saying Xbox Avatar, they are calling it Microsoft Avatar.

So, Microsoft Avatar is the new name?

Xbox beta

I got the new beta on my last console the XboxS, but now Iv gotten the new XboxE(the one that looks like the xbox1) and because of this the bate app is now gone and I can no longer by thing for my avatar with Microsoft points. I am also not able to get
into the Xbox private beta forms to point out my issue. What can I do the either get out of the beta or get avatar stuff again?

For me it's working fine.. So seems like there's nothing wrong with the app itself.
