Is Microsoft Credits possible to use to buy future consoles like Project Scarlett?

So, since I started earning Microsoft credits from gift cards and the Microsoft Rewards Program, I need to know if the credits are possible to save up towards a future pre-order of the Project Scarlett?

I doubt it a lot, friend, there would have to be a section where you say change by console, then it would be possible otherwise no, have you checked that they are only exchange for cards of different amounts or memberships

I've looked into this as well and I will warn you that if you exchange for Microsoft Gift cards, you'll only have 90 days to use the money. As mentioned here: http://www.microsoft.com/cardterms @Nikko1664's
point about the different wallet limits is important too. I've been saving my points for a while now and will be close to $200 by the end of the year.

rewards arealways viable to change, but there is usually gift cards that you can trade your points for including microsoft gift card which would in turn allow you to purchase a console if you wished

If you use the points to buy microsoft gift cards you can apply those gift cards to cover some of the cost and pay the rest with PayPal, credit card, etc. Unless you have a half a million points sitting around I don't think you'll be able to get the console
with points alone.
