Is it true you get Permantely banned after 3 time suspensions?

I've been hearing that if you get banned 3 times you pretty much lose your account due to the bans, is this true?

Also I've heard that it is an annual thing/banned 3 times in a year you get perma banned, or is this true?

I just need clear clarification over what will go on, I've been banned twice which I know I was in the wrong for (1st ban was for a day/2nd was for 2 weeks) so will I get permanently banned if I get another ban? I mean, it's kinda unfair really... So will
I get perma ban next time I do get banned?

I really don't want to lose this account, it's priceless to me, so I really need clarification on this.

And is there a way to prevent perma bans (apart from following the rules)

But seriously 3 small chances? That's not exactly enough, it'd be better if it was the 3 bans a year you get perma banned.

It's eating at me from worry because literally the Xbox community has become a report culture, people just report for no reason whatsoever, you never know what'll happen. So please any help to finally clear this question from my head will be grateful!

CAN MICROSOFT CONTACT ME WITH A MESSAGE FROM GAMERTAG Xbox Support L2???? is somebody trying to hack me? i recieved a message when i turned on my xbox saying it was microsoft and that i had tried to sign in with my account incorrectly too many times and
that they did not believe i was the real account holder!!? :S and that i need to send them a message back with my email, password and date of birth etc within 24 hours or else i will be permantely banned from xbox live. is this true?? i dont want my account
to get banned! HELP!!!!!

Well you can phone Xbox Support, but they will ask you to post in section 14. That is the only place you are likely to get an official answer.

Anyway once a console is banned, it is banned permantely, it cannot be reversed, sorry.

It all depends on the severity of the offense.

You could get perma banned on the first offense.

If you continuously do the same offence then yes they will perma ban you but there is no certain amount of times that you get before they perma ban you.

The best thing to do is just follow the code of conduct which can be found here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct and you dont have to worry about getting suspended.

well was the suspension a temporary ban or a permante ban?

if you have access to the purchasing console then you can use it on any profile

however since your account is permanately baned

once an account is baned everything attached to it including DLC and achievements and subscription time and ms points are forfeit

I've already talked to xbox support about it 3 suspensions while being chat ban is skeptical look at the dates how does one get account suspension on a chat ban how does a chat ban happen when still on a chat ban? Come on now its not rocket science its abuse
i could care less for a permant ban or console ban then my case is just easier and free money in my pocket in the terms of service i dont think it says bend over, and let us use and abuse your account but appreantly at this point i minds well until i am permantly
suspended for no reason and move onto PC much better on there anyways more players maybe its because theres no company that watches over your PC 24/7 see a big word and go oh my a curse you're now chat ban freedom of speech bb girl if you cant take a curse
word you shouldn't even be allowed on the internet just a thought. 3 suspensions in one enough said for cursing when im on a chat ban logical.
