    since your rechargeable batteries seems to have issues charging? And the solution is to send my limited edition controller that is supposed to recharge, in exchange for a replacement controller that might not be limited edition, might not be rechargeable and ultimately a downgrade from your original purchase?

    Elite series 2 - bumpers double clicking

    I just wanted to give an update on this issue. I just received my 3rd replacement controller today and it had this issue out of the box. My other replacements were brand new and this one was the first one that appears to be refurbished. The new ones worked
    perfect out of the box for a couple weeks then the bumpers would double click. This refurbished controller was broken upon arrival. Its beyond frustrating to have to wait on shipping back and forth and back and forth and back and forth just to receive a controller
    with same exact issue on delivery.

    This gives me zero confidence that this will ever be fixed. Im nearly done with this controller. I don’t want to keep swapping to a different type of controller every 2 weeks while waiting on a shipment of what will probably be another broken controller.

    I had them for a few months. Their shipping back and forth was painfully slow. And like others said could never get games on top of your list. For me was not worth what I was paying a month.

    After MUCH back and forth with Msoft customer support swearing that my Day One shipped with a wired controller *facepalm* I finally found out through Google that you can do a "hard reset" by holding the system power buttom for 8-10 seconds and it resets
    the IR system. Works fine.
