Hello Visk, you can can purchase DLC and consumables for Xbox games while the game is in the Xbox Game Pass catalog.

However, this DLC is not guaranteed to appear in XCloud.

Currently it's not possible to play purchased games through xCloud. Game Pass Ultimate is required to use Xcloud.

Only games included with Game Pass can be played through xcloud. Otherwise, it's not possible to purchase a game and play it on xcloud.

Xcloud games are part of a game list, if you buy the game, unfortunately you cannot play on Xcloud if removed, none of the purchased games can be cloud player if removed from the list of possible games.
