    Is it possible to upgrade my GTA:V version ?


    I downloaded the game Grand theft auto:V via on demand. When I purchased the game I didn't see a choice to upgrade it to the collectors edition.

    Is it possible to upgrade to the collectors edition so I can use the Khamilion car and the Carbon motorcycle ?

    Hey there.

    Free/discounted upgrades to the Xbox One version of games is up to the developer/publisher of the game. Because of this, it varies game-to-game. GTA V doesn't have an offer for an upgrade at this time, I believe Minecraft still has an offer where you can
    buy the Xbox One version for $5 (instead of $20) if you have played the Xbox 360 version.

    Similarly, data transferring from the Xbox 360 version to the Xbox One version is up to the developer. I believe Minecraft has a way to move worlds from 360 to Xbox One, and if I remember right your GTA Online progress can transfer as well.

    Hope this helps... for other titles you'll have to look up whether discounts/upgrades exist.

    There's not a collector's edition available on demand. So that would not be possible.

    Can the 360 handle GTA 5 hardware performance wise?? Anyone concerned that it cant?

    The 360 will definitely be able to run GTA V fine. As usual, to play GTA V on the PC, you may need some upgrades :)

    The GTA V install options are two different versions 1.1.23 and 1.5.23, even after install. the older version does not offer upgrade. uninstalling results in two options.

    Witcher II is also two version numbers, 19.628.1513.1901 & 1.0.1512.41716 same issue installing or uninstalling changes nothing.

    Neither have been announced for Xbox One but some retailers have put up pre-orders for Xbox One's version of GTA V, so that's a possibility.

    Is it possible to bring an option to turn on and off smart delivery so that I can choose what version of a game I would like to install weather Xbox one edition or X|S?

    Surely if it’s possible to play the Xbox one version of BF2042, GTA V and F1 22, series X could download and play xbox one versions of every game if xbox allowed it by giving the option on turning off smart delivery?

    GTA+ is only available for the Xbox Series X|S console version of GTA V. The Xbox One version of the game is not supported.
