Is it possible to transfer Minecraft data to another account

Hello everyone,

I have a question about my Minecraft account. At least my ex-account cause its been hacked.
The support has confirmed that the account has been hacked, that it was mine before the hacking and now i ask if its possible to trasnfer data from an account to another. (If I buy Minecraft again)

Thanks for your reply, to be honest i dont really play in singleplayer, I play mostly in servers, so yeah...
Well is there any ways to contact the support to try to migrate data could you indicate it please.

Just a heads-up, we don’t have access to any user accounts or special tools, we’re just here to share suggestions and help out where we can.

Unfortunately, Minecraft data (like worlds and progress) is tied to the Microsoft account it was originally played on. There’s no official way to transfer that data to a new account, even if you buy the game again.

For Java Edition, there’s a bit of a workaround since you can manually move your saved worlds from one device to another, but that only works if you still have access to the files. On Xbox or Bedrock Edition, the saves are in the cloud and can’t be moved between accounts.

Your best bet is to keep working with Minecraft Support and see if there’s any way they can help recover your old account, sometimes they’re able to help if you can prove ownership. But in most cases, if the account is fully lost, starting over is the only option.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer account contents or game data from one account to another. Your data will always remain on that account.

But since this is for Minecraft alone, you may check your options from the Minecraft team by sending them a ticket through https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new
