Is it possible to track the adult in the families usage as well as the child's???

I don't think you can do that. You can only remember your own playing time.

... Also I have a child that likes to use my account to log in and play to avoid having me track their usage.

If the only reason to track the time on your account is just to see if your child signed into your own account to circumvent their child account limits, please

create a passcode for your own adult account.

That way the kid can't use your account, unless it knows the 6-button combination.

Also, having a passcode prevents the child from causing you account troubles, should they play online, and violate the Code of Conduct, causing you to lose the ability to chat, or even get your whole account suspended for whatever the kid did, or even purchase
stuff with your money without your consent.

If you still want to track gaming time for your own statistics, I recommend registering at
https://www.trueachievements.com. While not directly affiliated with Microsoft, the page has official support, and is allowed to integrate into the Xbox Live system to provide additional
services, that Xbox natively doesn't.

While you don't get weekly gaming stats, you can get a monthly email summary of your gaming time and unlocked achievements, if you want.
