    Hi, i applied to convert rewards credit a few days ago. Since the item i would like to buy is on offer until tomorrow, is it not possible to speed up this conversion ?

    Is it possible to?

    I believe they will only do it if it's within the first 30 days of a 12 month. I'm not sure about 1 month or 3 months though.

    You can delete games that have a 0 gamerscore only from your achievement list. The option will be at the bottom of the screen while viewing the game list from the guide button.

    You can review when your Credits were pending, as well as when you had 5000 pending, on the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can also see your deposit as currency from the Microsoft Commerce page. Please note that due to the large volume of deposits,
    your deposit will occur around the 15th, including up to a few days before or after that date. You received your deposit on the 16th.

    Is not possible to speed up the 30 days waiting time or bypass it.

    Submitting a case review is the only way to possibly have a suspension lifted. There's no way to speed up that process.
