    Here is a link to the contact us page, https://support.xbox.com/contact-us they should be able to help you, just know its a bit of a lenghthy process but they will definitely
    be able to help you out and get your account back.

    If you're bot seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
