Is it possible to sign into an Xbox account/profile without using the accounts email...

Hummm ok, I don't have an authentication app....and I don't want to turn off passwords for me email account. I'm just trying to figure out if I can sign into my Xbox account without having to use the password.

You can remove the password from your Microsoft account; you will need to sign in using a passwordless method like the Microsoft Authenticator app.

If you already have Microsoft Authenticator set up, visit this page: https://account.live.com/proofs/manage/additional

Under Password-free account, select Turn on.

Follow the prompts to verify your account.

You must set up an alternative login method, such as Microsoft Authenticator: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/582bdc07-4566-4c97-a7aa-56058122714c

Then you can select 'Use another device' when signing in on your Xbox and use Microsoft Authenticator instead of your password.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I have the email address and I know the password. I'm just trying to find out if there is a way I can set the Xbox account up so I don't need the password to sign in?

If the form doesn't work, my best advice is to try recovering your email account.
