Is it possible to set a banned accounts xbox home to your console to get games back

I was banned due to somebody spam reported me and i said that and got an automated response why is it so hard to talk to a real person

As stated by Xbox Forums MVP Ambassador and Moderator
Smwutches, this is not possible. Whenever your account receives a permanent suspension, you forfeit all licenses that you had on your account. This would imply that you would be unable to share any games on that account.

No. You would have to be able to sign into Live with the account in order to be able to do so and since it's banned that is not possible.

You are talking to a real person actually during the case review multiple people review your case review

Should also be noted that multiple teams review a perm ban before it is even issued

And no spam reporting doesnt get you banned thats a untrue youtube myth

However multiple violationa of the terma of use or a violation that is so bad that gets you permanately banned

Like harrassment

Instead of making an excuse oh I was spammed reported thst isnt an valid excuse

Listen to what the agent said

They will tell you why but NOT who or when as that leads to possible retailiation or harassment and based on that explain your case
