    Is it possible to send myself notifications (to the Xbox) from another PC?


    I'd like to be able to automate the sending of notifications to myself from another computer. Is this possible? Ideally I'd receive a visual notification while I'm in the middle of a game, and could send the message from a Linux OS.

    Like an automated rebroadcasting/forwarding system? I don't think such a thing exists, you can set up the xbox companion up on multiple PC's and still receive the notifications, but your idea would be really awesome too.

    The authorization to send you notifications comes from the Xbox Games Hub.

    You can turn off all game notifications there, there isn't app level notification at that point.

    Or after a week the game will stop sending you notifications.

    The developers are planning a title update to allow you to opt out within the game.
