Is it possible to see if someone is game sharing off of me ?

Check your Home setting. That's what allows you to share. If you have your console set as your Home (which it should be), then only people using your console will be able to access your games.

It is quite possible that the owner, in front of you, had a console. He shared his account with someone. That's why you see games you do not own.

You should also be aware of the possibility of game sharing. If you were game sharing with someone else then those games will belong to that account and not yours.

Ohh I see would it work the same way if I were being gamed shared by someone? Because for this whole time I’ve had a friend that game shares me and it gives me Xbox live gold too

Just an idea here. Why not allow there to be a Xbox Live option to allow “offline” mode, but it disables any family sharing? Like

“If Xbox One hasn’t connected in 24 hrs: [] Disable game & Allow Sharing [] Enable Game & Disallow Sharing”
