    Is it possible to restore my xbox live gold subscription?


    Since 12/26/2019 I have paid for 15 months of xbox live gold.

    At this time this service is not working. I believe my son mistakenly cancelled the subscription at some point during the year on his xbox.

    I believe I am entitled to 15 months of xbox live gold, starting on 12/26/19, since that is what I paid for.

    The purchases are clearly shown in my account's order history.

    I would like to be provided with the subscription length that I paid for.

    If the months of Ultimate are less than XBox Live Gold, call for assistance and restore this conversion. Ask for the Xbox Live Gold as a Seperated Subscription. This way when XGP Ultimate expires you will have Xbox Live Gold available.

    I think this opportunity is temporary. Microsoft can and probably will stop the possibility of exchanging game pass and live gold subscriptions for game pass ultimate, since the price and subscriptions are not the same. Few xbox users will buy a game pass ultimate subscription with the possibility of free exchange for example: live gold on ultimate!
