Is it possible to reset your XBOX account?

Hello guys, I just wanna know if its possible, how to reset your xbox profile account and progress without deleting your entire Microsoft account like, I want to do a reset and start a fresh new profile, fresh new gamerscore progress, everything with the
same account. Anyone know how?.,

Starting a new profile is your best option, if you want to keep your name, remove it from the current profile and grab is quickly with a new profile so that it isn't taken.

No, it's not currently possible to reset your profile, so you can start again. Only the enforcement team can reset a Xbox profile, and that is only because the person using the account has been cheating.

If you want to start again, then create a new account.

I don't think it can be reset and definately not via anything here in the forums. You could try contacting Microsoft Support, but I doubt they can do anything out of security etc.

I personally would advise using a new password.

You need to reset yout password. It is possible your xbox live account is associated with a different WLID. The only way to know is to reset the password. good luck.

Thank you for reaching out to the Forums with your question. If you are trying to reset the Xbox account to where it clears all your achievements/Gamerscore, unfortunately there is no possible way that you can have your account reset.
