Games are nit delisted to be mean or fun, it’s usually because there is a reason

The game was not relisted, there was a momentary glitch.

Buying out the IP permanently is far more expensive than it’s worth, and will likely never happen on any video game. If a movie, music, or sports game is delisted, chances ar about 98% it’s never coming back. Only exception I remember is that Activision bought a few month license when the deadpool movie came out, and it was delisted again shortly after home video video.

Forza Horizon 4 and 5 are excellent and still available, though 4 is likely not long for this world, so I’d get while you can

For this game I don’t see why that’s a problem because it’s an Xbox 360 title. Otherwise that would be up to you. Personally I’d save for a Series X, but if all you want to use it for is occasional disc only BC titles then it should be fine

That would depend on how much you want to play the game and whether you feel buying an XB1X is worth the cost. In terms of performance, it is obviously nowhere near a Series S...but, for just fH1, it won't make much difference

Bets thing to do is look around to see what prices for the 360 and XB1 consoles and decide if it's worth paying. Personally, I like FH1 as a game but I don't think it is good enough to be worth buying a console just to play it
