    Is it possible to refund something that was purchased more than 14 days ago?


    I was looking through my purchases on my account and I think one of my little siblings may have bought something that i dint know about. Just wondering if it was still possible to get the Microsoft credit back.

    Thats the thing i cant find a cancel option its already been charged just yesterday i purchased it a while back cause it was a pre order but now i dont want it anymore
    Was it more than 14 days ago? Purchases are only typically eligible for a refund if it was purchased less than 14 days ago and have only been played less than 2 hours.

    Since you say it was a while back i assume it was more than 14 days ago. If so then its not usually eligible for a refund.

    I did not get a refund and i didnt know there was refunds at the time i thought that was a a new game not a old game

    If the game was purchased more than 14 days ago, I'm sorry but you cannot get a refund per the Xbox Store Terms of Sale.

    Did you happen to play the game for more than 2 hours? And when did you purchase it?

    You're not eligible for refund for a digital purchase id it was bought more than 14 days ago or played for more than 2 hours.
