is it possible to refund games purchased over 14 days ago?

im selling my xbox and making the full switch to pc. i have the digital only xbox one and was wondering if there was any way to refund the games i have purchased

Hello, sad to say it no buyback system in play. So I doubt you would get a refund for any of your games purchased. As someone stated it would be good to hang onto the console you never know when you might need it.

If you played more then two hours then no switching platforms isn't a valid excuse

Just for the case that you have an issue with your PC etc.

Since you can play free2play titles online without a gold sub the Xbox could be a welcome alternatve !

You can still try to submit a refund request, but unless there's an actual issue with the game, they typically won't refund it if it's over the 14 days.
