Is it possible to refund a game after the 90 days expirey time

On the 19th of novemeber 2024 I purchased Microsoft Flight simulator 2024. Clumsily i did not read the mandatory specification for the game and the game in question has very high standards in terms of the machinery needed to run it. I was running this on a DELL inspiron 15 which does not meet the requirements as I later found out, but beforehand i was able to happily run Microsoft Flight simulator 2020 quite smoothly on the laptop. After incurring many errors I found out my laptop didn't meet the specification so I looked up what that specification actually was. I then grabbed my desktop PC which was not built for gaming, put 24gb of ram in it, gave it some vram but it still didnt work out and by this point it had already been 90 days since the purchase and i had now realised I had to get a completely new PC for the game which i was not willing to do. So here I am 137 days and £100 worth of upgrades later I am yet to even experience the game. So all I request is that I can just cut my losses, get the wasted £70 I spent and be on my way, if possible.

You're refunding 90 days of live because you were charged for GTA 5 four times? Or you're refunding every purchase in the past 90 days? Either way, have fun losing your Xbox account.

The region that you changed to will now be the region you are in forever unless you want to change it after the 90 days. If you want to change it to a different one you will have to wait the 90 days and then change it again. Regarding refunds 99.99% of the
time Microsoft won't give refunds but if you want to try to get one you can contact them directly at http://support.xbox.com/en-gb/contact-us?xr=shellnav and choose phone support
after selecting "billing and memberships" then under "account management" select other. Hope this helps.

If they were stored locally (never uploaded to Xbox Live), then it's possible they were removed after a certain period of time. If I'm not mistaken, it's 30 days.

Edit - "Existing clips older than 90 days w/o views will be deleted, as will new clips unviewed after 30 days."

Depends really on where you live

International it can take up to 90 days after Ms issues the refund this is depends on how fast your bank handles international transactions due to fraud checks

For us or Canada it's much shorter up to 30 days

Ms can issue he refund in 3 days but you see that in your commerce account

Then once issued it's all your banks waiting time as daft and me mentioned
