    Is it possible to reduce a perma ban on an account or get some sort of appeal?


    I'm not sure if this is where I am supposed to ask this or not but here I am. Now I'm not gonna be one of those people who claim to have gotten banned for no reason, cause that's simply not true. I've been banned for about 3 months now an account that I have had for years all because I got egged into saying some inappropriate things over a game. Now I'll be honest this has happened before but I've never been perma banned and I've never gone out of my way to intentionally hurt someone. Everyone gets angry and do things they regret. My question is if there is someway I can "fix" this. Honesty and any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    As I said in my post, I'm fully aware of what I said and the consequences. It's basically and admission of guilt. Despite this, do you think there is a chance that I may be unbanned after the case review? As I would like to get my account back.

    Hi, yes.

    Some permanent bans are eligible for an appeal

    If you're able to see the appeal / submit a case review option for suspension please send a ticket

    Make sure to be as detailed as possible and don't submit the case review asking why you were banned or insulting the enforcement team (I only say this because there are some people who do this)

    Thanks for the reply I appreciate it. I heard that permabans are rarely lifted but I've also heard cases that they get reduced sometimes depending on the offense. Are you able to clarify this? Asking because i know you can only submit them sparingly.
