Is it possible to recover an account without knowing the email?

Hey guys, I'm trying to recover an old account from the 360. I have the
console ID and a payment method used with the billing info. I don't
think I put my real birthday or name on the account. It also has two
step verification added, so the account recovery form doesn't work. I
don't have access to the recovery email. I had multiple purchases of
Xbox live 12 month on the account. The problem is that the last purchase
was 7 years ago, is that too late for it to matter? So it possible to
recover an account with just payment info/billing info and the console
ID? Is it possible to recover an account besides the recovery form?

If your account has been inactive for over 2 years it may have been deleted. For general consumer accounts, Microsoft only retains inactive accounts if:

you have an outstanding amount payable.
you have a positive account balance.
you have purchased digital licenses associated with the account.

That said, your only option for account recovery is the recovery form. You do not need access to any specific e-mail address for the recovery process, you just need to nominate an address at which you are contactable and supply sufficient information to validate your account ownership. If you do not at least know the Microsoft Account's e-mail address though, you have no avenue to recover the account.

Hello Kenneth, I know bad news is never welcome, but if the hacker managed to get your account, it is not possible to recover the account without the current email address.

In order to recover and access an account, you will need to know it's email, phone number, or Skype name. Without this information, I'm afraid it won't be possible to start the account recovery process.

Check your email accounts for any messages from Microsoft or Xbox, this may help locate the email that was used for the account.

Unfortunately, to recover an account, you need to know the email address associated with it. Far as I know, there is no way to recover it without knowing it
