is it possible to record gta 4 with xbox dvr and have sound as well?

Yes it is possible, I have tried and done it just by hitting the record that option in the xbox menu and it recorded absolutely everything sound actions everything was right.

this could be a license related issue for the audio in the game, that is all I can think of. Since this issue has been around for several years now. In GTA V it seems to be only muting the radio stations due to licensing, but perhaps it's not possible to
do that on BC games.

I don't have an answer, but I do have videos with and without sound. After my "Record That" prompt, the resulting 30 second DVR clip has sound. When using the DVR's Start Recording feature to record and edit a 2:49 video, the audio is not present.

Well from what I heard, the ability to record gameplay footage (DVR) was only possible for paying Xbox Live Gold members. Just wondering if this is still the case for Xbox One.

Record it if possible using the Xbox DVR.

Upload it to One Drive, then download it to a computer and send it to the developers forums as well.

This may result in the toxic player being banned from the game.
