    Hello everyone,

    I'm here today asking for help to recover my banned account. 3 years ago some kids reported my account for scamming, I know it's been a long time, but I want to know if it's possible to recover it, thank you.

    The case review request needs to be done till a few days after the ban.

    Unfortunately no. Once it's been over 12 months, it's no longer possible to contact the enforcement team regarding a ban.

    Unfortunately that is no possible. Once an account is banned permanently, it's banned permanently.

    The enforcement articles also clearly state that you get to keep your games for as long as they are installed on your device, and that you will never be allowed to connect to Xbox Live again to re-download them.

    Your only option would be to re-buy the game, then download it.
