So, you want that you and your friend have game progress individually but both of you want to start a new co-op game keeping the previous progress?

Sorry to say, but unfortunately that's not possible :c

When you start a local co-op, it's with just with your friend's profile or with your profile.

You can clone the actual progress and select the cloned character as the second player, but only for the account that's signed in the game :c

The unfortunate part about playing Minecraft Dungeons on PC is that there are no cross-save, crossplay, or cloud saving. So if you play on PC 1, you'll have to make another character on PC 2. You cannot transfer your saves between platforms as well - such
as the Switch, Xbox, PS4, or PC.

Is it possible to play minecraft dungeons and miencraft java in the launcher (The new one) without having to change your account every time on xbox? Because in the new launcher, working with multiple Microsoft accounts has become annoying.
