Is it possible to obtain songs that were purchased with Microsoft Points now?

So I had been trying to figure out why some songs that I KNOW I purchased, and could play in Rock Band 3 with no issue whatsoever, see that the same songs are available on the marketplace now, but want me to pay for them. Only just a little while ago did
I realize that all of the songs in question are ones that I bought years and years and years ago when the 360 still used Microsoft Points, instead of dollar purchases, so none of the songs show up in my Download List, and my Purchase History only shows 'Points
purchase.'

I would greatly appreciate even a yes or no to the following: Is there any way that the songs I purchased with Microsoft Points ages ago can be made into paid purchases now that the songs are paid for as a straight purchase, not indirect?

Finding what you have purchased previously

Ok a few years ago i purchased some songs but i don't remember what songs or for what games. is there a way to find what all you have purchased with your microsoft points?

Problem with Add-Ons for Rockband

We have an account which songs were purchased with, which has since gone silver.

The downloaded songs will no longer appear as an option.

Is it supposed to work that way? Silver accounts lose functionality purchased when they were gold?

If you purchased the content on your account they should be available for Rock Band 4 within the same console family for free. You will need to add them via the in game menu though and not through the store.

Paying with MS Points should not be an issue. I have many songs from that era too.

How many/which songs? I know there are a few entitlements Harmonix is still working on.

Have you gone into MANAGE GAME and checked the READY TO INSTALL section for missing DLC?

Sorry, but it has never been possible to use this money to purchase a gold subscription and Microsoft points were discontinued before the use of these funds so it was never possible to purchase points with those funds either. It has only ever been possible
to purchase games and other content with those funds. Microsoft has not changed that policy.

@Rippenhara you are right about copyright infringement but the Xbox Music streams hundreds of thousand songs at the touch of a button. Youtube Montages that use music always put in the description say something about not owning the rights to a song. But
on youtube there is no proof of a song being purchased, that its possible its been pirated. Now with Xbox Music on the otherhand you have to pay for the service giving the two Microsoft owned apps(Upload Studio & Xbox Music) the possibility of incorporating
each other.

Its all just workarounds still and no real solution's yet from the Xbox music team. I started having this problem again with a few songs yesterday that I hadn't before. This time it was with songs that I purchased with my Zune Pass long ago.

I realize that it can take sometime to obtain the DRM for the song but it's becoming unacceptable when you come from using Zune. There should be someway that it's obtained when you synchronize the song or some other way this is checked or even implemented.
