Is it possible to move this accout with wagons to a playstion network accout?

I have an xbox a world of tanks account and would like to pass it on the playstation network, and a game that involves crossplay

Given that Playstations and Xbox are 2 distinctly separate companies who are rivals, I highly doubt game saves can be moved between the 2, especially as the underlying programming architecture is likely very different

The only thing that combines the 2 is Crossplay and obviously just means you can play with people outside Xbox Live or PSN.

Child accouts have to be changed by the adult supervisor of the accout. And by you trying to change it sent a notification to that accout
