    I wanted to mod gta5 but when i tried the regular method it does not work for the xbox game pass ver. So i am wondering if its possible to do it.

    If it's allowed for a game then only on PC. But also not for the Xbox app for PC.

    How did you get it for free? Were you playing it through Game Pass? GTA was removed from Game Pass today, so it would only be possible to play it if you previously purchased it or purchase it now.

    Is it possible you are playing games that are no longer a part of Game Pass? GTA V left Game Pass on 5/7, so unless you bought the game you wouldn't be able to play it anymore.
