    It's possible if the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere game. If the game is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, I apologize but you may need to purchase the game for PC.

    there are very limited games that are playanywhere titles, 95% of games you need to purchase on the different stores on pc.

    Sorry for my confusion. But it is also not possible to install the game on Xbox even if you have it on PC as the game is not in the Play Anywhere list.

    I can confirm it won't install on a Windows 10 pC if bought on Xbox...I have it on Xbox and it shows as not installable on my desktop

    Are you trying to install it on your Xbox or a PC? Have you bought the game or try to install it with game pass? Is it a digital or physical copy? Do you get any error codes?
