    Is it possible to import a character from xbox 360 cloud to xbox one?


    I have a character I uploaded from from 360 to the cloud from mass effect 2 and want to play the character in Mass Effect 3 on xbox one. Is that possible?

    possible for 360 to access cloud saves from xbox one?

    I recently played through a game of Mass Effect using backwards compatibility with Xbox One, synced to cloud storage.

    I would like to import this save onto my 360 to continue playing and later import the character into Mass Effect 2. I have not been able to do it in the most obvious ways. The game did not automatically import the saves, and going into settings/storage
    to import the saves did not seem to work, either. When I launch the game on the 360 and try to load the save/career, the one I played on my 360 is not available.

    Is it possible to do what I'm trying to do? If so, am I missing something obvious that will make the game recognize the save on cloud storage?

    I believe so If you enable cloud storage on 360 and save the character in mass effect 2 to cloud storage.... in theory yes

    Oh It may depend on if its a 360 version of the game because when you use the 360 version it access's cloud storage

    There have been a few people stating this is not possible between 360 and xbox. So I doubt it.

    How Do I Enable Cloud Saves On My XBox One

    The instructions about enabling Cloud save that way are for a real Xbox 360 console. The Xbox One doesn't have such a setting, as all savegames are ALWAYS saved to the cloud if you have an online connection.

    Are you playing Borderlands 2 as a Xbox 360 backwards compatible title, or are you playing it from the Handsome Jack collection for the Xbox One?

    Or have you played Borderlands 2 on your 360 and wish to import your character into the Handsome Jack Collection?

    The Xbox One stores games into the cloud automatically. And on Xbox 360 backwards compatible titles, only the Cloud storage is available to choose from.

    So if you have a working online connection, your games are already synced to the cloud.

    However, if you wish to transition from Xbox 360 Borderlands to Handsome Jack, you need to make sure your Borderlands 2 game is up to date, then follow the instructions here: https://www.gearboxsoftware.com/2015/03/cross-save-in-borderlands-the-handsome-collection-updated/
