Is it possible to get my account from 2006 unbanned?

Hi! This is my first time here so bare with me. I recently got perma-banned because i had too many strikes on my account for changing my gamerpic to something apparently inappropriate, and because i wasnt getting email notifications i did not see i was getting strikes…i just thought that the gamerpic wasn’t uploading and i had to try again. I’m at a point where i wouldn’t even change anything on my profile ever again because that account is from 2006 with 1000’s of hours and dollars put on too it. It would just be a liability as i was hoping to have an even longer time on the xbox platform, and with it gone its a good portion of my life’s time gone.

Thank you and maybe someday it will come back on and i’ll be back on the ecosystem. Its going to take a good chunk of time to get over the progress I put into those games and the money i spent over my life on it. But thats life.

If you submitted a case review/appeal (you only get one of these) and it was denied, then there’s unfortunately nothing else you can do.

I have been trying for a day to find a way to submit an appeal or case review to no luck. I submitted an appeal right when i figured it out but it was denied, as i don’t think i worded myself well in the moment. Thank you for your time!
