    As the title says - I have Minecraft on both Xbox and iOS and was wondering if i could get Java for free as promised. On the microsoft store however, it says i must still buy the version separately and offers no free option. Thanks in advance.

    If you have purchased the game on PC, then yes, it should count, you should be able to get java edition on PC for free.

    No, you need to own minecraft on PC to get the java edition for free.
