    I bought game of the thrones yesterday in xbox store, and there is no rus lang. I need to play game like this on my language. So, is it possible to get back my money?

    You can try contacting support, but all purchases do state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee they will give you the money back.

    All companies are here to make as much money as possible, MS is no different. They originally planned on making a way of buying back digital games, but the internet was quick to kill that off.

    Anyways, retail stores are no different, they won't refund a game that's been opened.

    Is there a way to get the digital licensing for my disc games? I have the same issue with my xbox and do not have the money to send it in. I can play games off my hard drive still so if its possible to to trade in a disk for the digital version of the
    game, it would help.
