    My cousin bought "Slime Rancher" on my account without permission. I'd like to get a refund, if it is possible.

    Hi, I have a question. For personal reasons I was unable to access my live account, forgetting to remove the automatic renewal. Would it be possible to have the 4 month reimbursement in which I did not use the live service? You would be very kind .. thank

    If you're trying to get a refund or a replacement, that's not possible. All digital purchases are non-refundable. Sorry about that.
