    is it possible to get a banned account back from when you were 13 if you're 22


    back in the day I was a kid and a bit interested in coding and modding consoles. I had my skin color changed to blue and on my xbox 360 some custom themes. One day I woke up and I was banned for cheating and modding essentially as at the time you couldn't have a skin color of blue. I am 22 now and am wondering if it would it possible to get that account back. I do not care if all my stuff is reset

    Unfortunately permanent bans are permanent they can't be changed even though it happened a decade ago, again we are sorry.

    The change is intentional as the message about permanent bans was a glitch. You were always meant to get your account back.

    14 day suspensions are possible.

    Sorry, but it's not possible. When you're banned you forfeit everything you had on the account and it's not possible to transfer anything between accounts.

    I didn't get my account back but i have good news if you own a xbox 360 that is.. When i sign in using my banned account on my Xbox 360 it showed the end date of my suspension 1//21/22 in other words im not banned 😁
