Is it possible to gameshare on pc?

If my friend has a game like Fallen Order on his pc will he be able to gameshare it on mine?

If he have other PC games that he wish to share with you, just launch the Microsoft store app and sign-in with the account who owns and wants to share the entitlement. At the upper right corner of the screen click the ellipses button (…) and select Settings then scroll to Offline Permissions and toggle it to On.

No, that isn't possible. Gamesharing only works between two Xbox consoles and not PC.

Gamesharing only works on Xbox consoles and not PCs. It would have been possible if they were playing on a console as well.
