Is it possible to escalate this situation?

Hello so I recently have received a account suspension out of the blue and I have appealed but I was denied they have no details on why I was suspended I contacted support but I couldn't do much there I then later received a email about this and this is what they said:Hello,

Promoting, playing, or appearing to be playing inappropriate or illegitimate applications on Xbox

Sharing or distributing screenshots or game clips that include mature sexual or violent content

Using a custom gamerpic that contains nudity or gore

Sending lewd or hateful messages to other players

Sharing pictures that may be considered distasteful or inappropriate

I then responded with this with all explanations about there accusations:

Hello ,This is , a microsoft user.It has came to my realization that I have been suspended from xbox for some possible reasons such as these :

Promoting, playing, or appearing to be playing inappropriate or illegitimate applications on Xbox

Sharing or distributing screenshots or game clips that include mature sexual or violent content

Using a custom gamerpic that contains nudity or gore

Sending lewd or hateful messages to other players

Sharing pictures that may be considered distasteful or inappropriate

But after reviewing my account and recalling recent and past activity that I have engaged in I can say with out a doubt that these provided possible reasons are invalid and I will explain why to the best of my abilities. To start off the first possible reason that your team has provided was that I could have been playing, promoting or appearing that I might be playing a inappropriate or illegitimate applications or games on xbox , I have only played and installed games on my xbox console "Xbox series X" that are on the Microsoft store. I have no knowledge on how I might be able to appear as,or play games not designed or created on xbox platforms,unless one has modified the console in some way , yet again I have no reason or knowledge on how to modify a console. I will and can provide proof of the console not being tampered with, along with verification that I indeed own the console and not a photoshoped image or video I can also assure you that I have bought the console from a verified seller "walmart". I can not come up with any other possible or reasonable way that I can appear as if I was playing a "illegitimate" game. Secondly your teams second possible reason for suspension would be for Sharing or distributing screenshots or game clips that include mature sexual or violent content. The only clips that I have are mostly from call of duty and do not contain "mature sexual or violent content" I do understand that the game is violent but for an everyday xbox user to be banned or suspended for Taking a screenshot or clip of the game is outrageous and if that is the case take the function out of the console or fix the reporting system. Your third reason would be for Using a custom gamerpic that contains nudity or gore. I may say that upon creating an account you make upload a gamerpic as the setup refers to it and it gets checked and verified before it is uploaded , now if someone were to put something misleading that bypasses the verifacation system I may be able to understand that but over the years of owning an xbox platform and having previous accounts, I have used the same picture ever since I created my very first xbox account and it has not been taken down, the picture contains a monkey with lifelike eyes and mouth, This picture goes along with the username : The Monkeman.

Your teams 4th and 5th final reasons are Sending lewd or hateful messages to other players

Sharing pictures that may be considered distasteful or inappropriate.

To start off I have created this account as a fresh start to go along with my new xbox console as I previously have explained about above after reviewing and verifying every single message that I have had on that account and on that console I have not sent any type of "lewd or hateful" message to any player or user of the xbox that or "share pictures that may be considered distasteful or inappropriate " to anyone . Yes , I may have an argument or a disagreement with another user but I have never used any type of hateful or lewd comment or straightforward term on this account .

To summarize everything I have discussed I would like my situation to be reevaluated and fixed I have not engaged in any of these accusations and I would like to be reimbursed for the lost of time that I can use my gamepass . If these aren't fixed because I know for a fact that the accusations are inaccurate and false I will look into taking legal action on the Microsoft company regarding the reporting system and cause of distress that the situation is bringing me. Please review my explanation and reasons or yet again I will escalate the situation further to a higher authority. Thank you for your time
