    i pre ordered this for xbox one X not knowing id have to wait longer for the release. Ive bought and xbox series and was wondering if i could cancel the pre ordered xbox one version.

    I checked my bank and there’s a transaction for $60 on 12/5/22 and hogwarts legacy was the only game I pre ordered/paid for at that time for that price but when I went to Xbox transaction there’s no payment for hogwarts legacy it’s like I never pre ordered/paid for it

    I apologize but that's not possible. You will be needing to cancel the standard edition of the game and then pre-order the Hogwarts Legacy: Digital Deluxe Edition.

    Yes. If the order was cancelled, then you won't own it so you won't be able to play it.
