Is it possible to block some region ip in multiplayer

I am curious if it is possible to block region in multiplayer games? For example, Polish gamers are systematically use cheats etc... in games like fifa series from my personal experience. So,I dont want to interact with any polish players nor play with them
in games. So, since they interact with windows 10 so is it possible to block gamers registered to their country in xbox live or store???

The only way of achieving this is if the game let you discriminate by region or platform. (for example, the last Call of Duty let's you choose who to match with based on console or PC).

if your playing fifa on xbox then your playing with xbox players only as its not cross play, if your playing fifa on pc then your not using xbox live servers therefore its nothing to do with microsoft.
